EXPRESS DELIVERY – FREE
Delivery is currently free on all orders to any address in the UK (excluding addresses in the Channel Islands). Standard delivery orders will need to be signed for.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 5 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 7 days (excluding Sundays).
Delivery may take up to 6 days excluding Sundays.
Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays.
Note that you will be provided with an estimated delivery date for your order at checkout.
- Your order will be sent via a fully trackable service & will need to be signed for.
- You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking link. Delivery updates will also be sent by text if your mobile phone number is provided.
- You can expect delivery of your order between 8am to 6pm.
- Deliveries to Non-mainland addresses will take 3 days (Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland)
- We always aim to have your items delivered on time. In exceptional circumstances, we may experience delays. Please check your tracking to be kept updated upon any changes in your delivery.
Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in your country and are based on a number of different factors such as the VAT rate and local import taxes. Where necessary, the option of pre-paying all duties, taxes, and fees on your order will be offered at checkout. Alternatively, the relevant fees can be paid on delivery.
Unfortunately, an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 3 working days have passed.
All claims must be made within 5 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email). If you haven’t received your purchase within 5 days of dispatch, Afrodeti will class this as “lost in the post”.
Please get in touch with us and we will liaise with our logistics partner to get it all sorted out for you. We cannot refund or replace any item until this timescale has been reached. Afrodeti will retain title to any goods until delivered to a residential address/work address, and ownership transfers to you on receipt/delivery to the address specified.
Afrodeti cannot take any responsibility for items delivered to the specified address and signed for but subsequently mislaid or stolen. Afrodeti will not accept liability for incorrect address detail input during checkout. Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by customer no refunds will be issued.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, it’s no problem! You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed items, earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
We are unable to accept returns of items purchased through a retailer or internet third party and suggest that you contact the place where it was purchased.
To process a return, please contact us at info@afrodeti.com quoting your order number for instructions on how to return your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A full refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased. It is important that you return the products within 14 days of receipt of the jewellery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. To return an item, please send it back with proof of purchase to the following address:

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS:
Please follow the standard Returns Policy as detailed above within 14 days of receipt.
You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery. Please put the item in the original packaging and seal it securely. Once we have received the returned item, we will confirm receipt of the parcel by email.
RETURNING FAULTY GOODS:

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Refunds do not include postage/shipping costs.
