Standard delivery orders will need to be signed for.<br \/>\nOrders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 5 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 7 days (excluding Sundays).<\/p>\n\n<p>Delivery may take up to 6 days excluding Sundays.<br \/>\nPlease note:\u00a0Delivery times are extended over public holidays.<br \/>\nNote that you will be provided with an estimated delivery date for your order at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order will be sent via a fully trackable service &amp; will need to be signed for.<\/li>\n<li>You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking link. Delivery updates will also be sent by text if your mobile phone number is provided.<\/li>\n<li>You can expect delivery of your order between 8am to 6pm.<\/li>\n<li>Deliveries to Non-mainland addresses will take 3 days (Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland)<\/li>\n<li>We always aim to have your items delivered on time. In exceptional circumstances, we may experience delays. Please check your tracking to be kept updated upon any changes in your delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in your country and are based on a number of different factors such as the VAT rate and local import taxes. Where necessary, the option of pre-paying all duties, taxes, and fees on your order will be offered at checkout. Alternatively, the relevant fees can be paid on delivery.<br \/>\nUnfortunately, an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 3 working days have passed.<br \/>\nAll claims must be made within 5 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your &#8216;Dispatch Confirmation&#8217; email). If you haven&#8217;t received your purchase within 5 days of dispatch, Afrodeti will class this as &#8220;lost in the post&#8221;.<br \/>\nPlease get in touch with us and we will liaise with our logistics partner to get it all sorted out for you. We cannot refund or replace any item until this timescale has been reached. Afrodeti will retain title to any goods until delivered to a residential address\/work address, and ownership transfers to you on receipt\/delivery to the address specified.<br \/>\nAfrodeti cannot take any responsibility for items delivered to the specified address and signed for but subsequently mislaid or stolen. Afrodeti will not accept liability for incorrect address detail input during checkout. Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by customer no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, it&#8217;s no problem! You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.<br \/>\nIn interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed items, earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.<br \/>\nAll items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.\u00a0Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.<br \/>\nWe are unable to accept returns of items purchased through a retailer or internet third party and suggest that you contact the place where it was purchased.<br \/>\nTo process a return, please contact us at info@afrodeti.com quoting your order number for instructions on how to return your item.<br \/>\nOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.<br \/>\nA full refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased. It is important that you return the products within 14 days of receipt of the jewellery.<br \/>\nYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<br \/>\nAny lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.\u00a0We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.<br \/>\nWe strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. To return an item, please send it back with proof of purchase to the following address:<br \/>\nAfrodeti Limited<br \/>\nReturns Department<br \/>\nAddress details<br \/>\nRETURNS FROM OVERSEAS:<br \/>\nPlease follow the standard Returns Policy as detailed above\u00a0within 14 days of receipt.<br \/>\nYou are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery. Please put the item in the original packaging and seal it securely. Once we have received the returned item, we will confirm receipt of the parcel by email.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURNING FAULTY GOODS:<\/h2>\n\n<p>standard Returns Policy as detailed above.<br \/>\nAll items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage\/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.<br \/>\nIf in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can request a returns postage slip by emailing info@afrodeti.com<br \/>\nREFUNDS:<br \/>\nRefunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser\u2019s credit card.
